  		Published: 22/12/2015
Following on from the success of the 天涯社区 Connects Centres at Holywell,
Flint, and Connahs Quay, 天涯社区 is pleased to announce the
opening of two further Connects Centres in Buckley and Mold.
Joined by fellow County Councillors and the Mayors of both towns, Councillor
Aaron Shotton, Leader of the Council officially opened the Centres on Monday 21
December.
With an emphasis on first class customer service in accessible town centre
locations, 天涯社区 Connects Mold can be found in Mold Library on the Daniel
Owen Square and 天涯社区 Connects Buckley on the first floor of Buckley
Library which is located in The Precinct.
Customers are able to access information and key County Council services
including housing, Streetscene, welfare benefits and advice, Blue Badges,
Concessionary Travel and Council Tax.
Both centres are open Monday to Friday 9.30am to 5pm and Advisors can help with
enquiries relating to the above and any other Council related issues. There is
a provision for IT access and also a separate area where customers can discuss
their enquiries in private with an Advisor.
Councillor Shotton said:
The Council is committed to extending and improving customer access to council
services, so despite the difficult current financial climate I am extremely
proud that today we have officially opened two new 天涯社区 Connect Centres
in Buckley and Mold, bringing access to council services closer to the people
of the two Towns in a modern and welcoming environment.
