  		New Customer Services policy

天涯社区 is committed to ensuring customer service excellence 
is central to the planning, resourcing and delivery of all its services and a 
new, updated customer services policy is to be considered by the Councils 
Cabinet at its meeting on Tuesday, 21 April.
The new policy reflects the changing way that Council services are being 
delivered. It recognises development in technology and the opportunities for 
customers to contact the Council and access services digitally.
Councillor Aaron Shotton, Leader of the Council, said:
鈥淲hen customers access Council services, we aim that they receive consistently 
excellent standards of customer service. This new policy underlines our 
commitment to service excellence and that this Council remains a modern and 
efficient customer-focused organisation.鈥
