Digital 天涯社区 consultation results

Results are in for the consultation of our Digital Strategy and we have listened to what you have told us.
Feedback indicated four main areas of focus for respondents. These areas are being addressed as part of projects or themes within the Digital Strategy and will continue to be prioritised as we progress.听

Some of the responses included:
- Ensuring people who cannot access online services are not excluded;
- Helping people to engage in the digital world by helping to provide access to connections, devices and training;
- Working to provide better connectivity in the County.
In the blog and on the Digital Strategy website page, we explain how we are addressing these concerns.

鈥淲e have listened to what you have said and we have a robust Strategy in place to develop our digital services while ensuring that no-one is left behind.听 听You also asked for easy to use online services and relevant information on our website and we鈥檝e introduced modern ideas to the website.
鈥淭his includes 鈥渉ubs鈥� where relevant information is more easily accessible.听 These include the Digital Hub, Elections and Apprenticeships 听with others coming onboard all the time 鈥� look out for the new Housing Hub coming soon!鈥�
