Chairman congratulates 天涯社区 resident

The Chairman of 天涯社区 welcomed a local resident to County
Hall recently to congratulate her on receiving a British Empire Medal.
Mrs Aird had received the medal for volunteer work for the British Legion and
Councillor Peter Curtis took the opportunity to congratulate her and present
her with a mug on behalf of 天涯社区.
