Landlord Forum Thursday 13 October 2016 5.30鈥�9pm

天涯社区 has arranged a Landlords Forum to be held at Coleg
Cambria, Deeside Campus.
This is a free event with the opportunity for landlords to come together,
engage with the council and to exchange information. Rent Smart Wales will be
in attendance to offer advice on the introduction of the Housing (Wales) Act
and the requirements for all rented properties in Wales to be registered, and
all persons who manage rented properties to have a licence.
There will also be advice regarding benefits, housing standards for single
dwellings/HMO鈥檚, 天涯社区 Bond Scheme, energy advice and grants, healthy
homes/healthy people and other useful contacts.
A limited number of one to one advice surgeries are available between 5.30 -
6.30.
