Standing up for White Ribbon Day

天涯社区 has once again shown their support to the White Ribbon Campaign for an end to violence against women.
天涯社区 Members and officers have been wearing white ribbons to promote awareness of the campaign, which aims to eliminate all forms of violence against women.
Colin Everett, Chief Executive, said:
鈥淭he UN officially recognises 25 November as International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women. The White Ribbon is a symbol of hope for a world where women and girls can live free from the fear of violence.听 Wearing a white ribbon is a great way to show support for this campaign.鈥�
鈥溙煅纳缜� has been a keen supporter of this cause for many years, and is accredited by the White Ribbon Campaign for the work they do.鈥�
Andrew Farrow, Chief Officer 鈥� Planning, Environment and Economy, added:
