Another successful workshop for local small businesses

Over 30 businesses from the 天涯社区 and surrounding area took advantage of a free 鈥淗ow to manage a Cashflow workshop鈥� recently.
The workshop was organised by 天涯社区 in Business in partnership with Business Wales.听 In the three hour session, delegates were taken through a cash flow scenario from Carol Williams and Clive Barnard, Business Wales, and Ian Adams from Bathgate Finance.听
The session included:
- The importance of a weekly/daily cash flow
- Live creation of an actual cash flow spreadsheet
- How to understand the information of a cash flow
- Tips to increase cash coming into the account
- Funding solutions
- Discount invoicing
- Restructure debt听
