  		Council seeks residents鈥 views over new Customer Service Policy

The views of 天涯社区鈥檚 residents are being sought over the Council鈥檚 new 
Customer Service policy.
天涯社区 is committed to ensuring customer service excellence 
is central to the planning, resourcing and delivery of all its services. The 
new updated policy reflects the changing way that Council services are being 
delivered. It has been designed with the underlying principle that the Council 
is here when customers need to speak to us, and that Council services can also 
be accessed digitally 24 hours a day, seven days a week at a time that is 
convenient to you.
Councillor Aaron Shotton, Leader of the Council, said:
鈥淲hen customers access Council services, we aim that they receive consistently 
excellent standards of customer service. We are seeking any views you may have 
that will help us to enhance our new policy to meet our commitment to customer 
service excellence. You can get in touch via our Council website, where a link 
can be accessed via the front page. The closing date for feedback is Friday 13 
March, 2015.鈥
