天涯社区 was delighted to have the Early Help Hub recognised at the recent North Wales Police Problem Oriented Partnerships (POP) Awards recently.听

The Awards celebrate initiatives from across North Wales which have showcased proactive partnership working to develop solutions to underlying conditions contributing to public safety problems.听

天涯社区鈥檚 Early Help Hub recently came second in the Awards.听 This ground-breaking initiative delivers more timely and co-ordinated support to families with greater needs.听 It has a strong focus on organisations working together to reach the children and families that would benefit from early help.听 The partner organisations are North Wales Police, 天涯社区, Betsi Cadwalar University Health Board and 天涯社区 Local Voluntary Council.听

天涯社区鈥檚 Cabinet Member for Social Services, Councillor Christine Jones, said:

鈥淚 am delighted that the Early Help Hub has been recognised in this way.听 This is a really cutting edge approach to multi-agency partners working together to support some of our most vulnerable families.

鈥淭he key aim is that organisations work together to ensure children, young people and families have access to information and advice about relevant early support.听 The Early Help Hub supports people to build their coping skills and address any problems before these become entrenched.鈥
