Chairman鈥檚 fundraising

The outgoing Chairman of 天涯社区, Councillor Brian Lloyd and
his Consort, Mrs Jean Lloyd, presented their chosen charities with cheques
totalling 拢13,500 recently.
Since being elected last May, Councillor Lloyd has supported Claire House
Hospice, MacMillan Cancer Support and Barnardo鈥檚 Cymru. Each charity received
拢4,500.
Councillor Lloyd presented representatives from the charities with cheques at
County Hall in Mold, ending a successful year as Chairman.
